Payment, cancellation rules and privacy statement

Payment

  • If your stay is a week or shorter or based on a last minute booking we kindly ask you to transfer the total amount of your stay directly to the bank account number mentioned below.
  • If your stay is longer than a week we kindly ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount directly after the booking to the
    bank account number mentioned below. Please transfer the remaining amount at least one week before arrival.
  • After the actual booking based on mutual agreement you automatically agree to our payment and cancellation rules 
    plus house rules.  The house rules will be provided on request.
  • Our bank account number is: NL13 ASNB0781265991 The account name is Vegotel.  Please state your name, the date of arrival and departure.
  • Paying cash or by debit or credit card is unfortunately not possible.

Cancellation

  • Full cancellation is possible eight weeks or more before arrival.
  • If the cancellation takes places less than eight weeks before arrival but longer than one week, 50% of the full amount must be paid.
  • If the cancellation is less than a week, the full amount must be paid.
  • In case of a cancellation we will charge € 15,- administration costs.
  • If for any reason your holiday is moved to a later date, the original cancellation rules will be maintained in relation to the initial booking.
  • Rescheduling is a gesture of Vegotel and is in principle free of charge, of course in consultation with Vegotel staff.
  • If your holiday is rescheduled to a mid or high season period, the higher amount will be charged.
  • Payment must be transferred immediately to the bank account number mentioned above.
  • No refund will be made in case of an early departure.

Privacy statement


Your personal data will only be used for the booking itself, communication between Vegotel and guests. After fulfilling all obligations and payment, this data will be deleted. We only store your personal data with your personal consent and/or on request. We do not send advertising afterwards, for news about Vegotel Blije and Blue Dot Hotels, we advise to consult our website and contact us if desired.
